Who this is for

Built for one moment in a career.

01

Newly promoted into a bigger seat

The skills that earned you the role are not the skills the role now demands.

02

Stepping into broader remit

More stakeholders. More ambiguity. Less time to stop and think.

03

The role you can see coming

Six months out is the right time to start, not the wrong one.

The programme

The Three Session Shift.

Three structured sessions, two to three weeks apart, designed to do three different things.

Session 01

Clarify

We surface the question you actually want to work on. Most people walk in with one and leave with a sharper one.

Session 02

See

We work on the patterns, stakeholders, and blind spots underneath the question. The parts you can't see from inside the role.

Session 03

Move

We translate insight into specific things you do differently, in the next conversation, the next meeting, the next week.

Spaces are intentionally limited. Three sessions over four to six weeks. Token contribution: SGD 300.

About Alex

Eighteen years in. Still in the room.

Alex Ng is a Singapore based executive coach and a senior payments strategist. He is currently at Ant International. Before that, foodpanda APAC Fintech at Delivery Hero. Earlier in his career, American Express. He is a WABC™ certified executive coach, working with mid to senior leaders across industries.

Most of his operating work has been about the same hard thing. Getting a room of stakeholders to agree on what good looks like and to move on it together. That is also the hard thing about most newly bigger roles.

He coaches because the questions that matter most in those moments are rarely about strategy. They are about how leaders see themselves, see their stakeholders, and choose what to prioritise.

A shift in perspective unlocks a wave of energy and purpose.

The work in a sentence

Coaching for Good

Why this is called Coaching for Good.

Executive coaching often feels out of reach. Many see it as a luxury, confuse it with therapy, or never get the chance. Coaching for Good is a small attempt to change that, without cheapening what coaching is.

You pay a token contribution for the Three Session Shift. After Stripe processing fees, 100% of that contribution is forwarded to Oogachaga, Singapore's first and most established LGBTQ+ counselling and support organisation.

A coaching fee, not a donation. Your investment in yourself becomes a quiet act of support for a community that does essential work.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

Is this a real coaching engagement, or volunteer work?

Real engagement. Same intent, same preparation, same standard. The only difference is where the money goes.

What if three sessions isn't enough?

Then you start a second cycle. Some people need one Shift. Some people need two. We don't sell more than the work needs.

Is my contribution tax deductible?

Probably not. Treat the contribution as a coaching fee that is passed through to charity in full. We do not claim tax deductibility unless explicitly stated.

Who is this for, exactly?

Driven mid career professionals and newly promoted executives stepping into broader responsibility. Not for early career advice, therapy, or community support.

Where does the contribution actually go?

After Stripe processing fees, 100% of the net amount is forwarded to Oogachaga, Singapore's most established LGBTQ+ counselling and support organisation.

Start with a 30 minute chemistry chat. No charge, no commitment.

If it's a fit, we'll go from there. If it isn't, Alex will point you somewhere that is.
